A qualified designer with a master’s degree from the Royal College of Art in London and a regular guest speaker and commentator on brand for organisations including the Design Council, Engineering Employers Federation, London Business School and the BBC. She has also been a main board director of the Design Business Association. Rebecca is an expert facilitator of leadership teams as they debate and define their future brand strategy.
She is a powerful advocate for the strategic role of brand within every organisation and provides honest, real-world advice that helps to translate strategy into action.
Head of Brand
Steph joined rbl at the beginning of 2019 to add further weight to the senior management team. After more than 20 years working in the marketing and communications industry, she brings a breadth of experience from time spent at global marketing consultancies for a range of clients such as Motorola, Hewlett Packard, Unilever, GSK and Kimberly-Clark. The last 7 years as an independent Brand Consultant advising a mix of start-ups and established businesses on how their brand can be developed to support their business ambitions.
Steph leads the team to develop insights from our evaluation activity, that in turn enables us to facilitate leadership teams in debating and defining future brand strategy.
Head of Creative
Adam joined rbl after working in London for 14 years where he built up a broad range of experience working for progressive agencies and brands in diverse sectors.
A conceptual designer, he adds real value to the strategy development, challenging and expanding people’s thinking with different perspectives. Adam, then manages our team of designers as they bring brands to life across communications, spaces and experiences. What matters most to Adam is the integrity of the idea that drives all future brand expressions.
Head of Client Services
Karen brings a wealth of brand and communications experience to rbl. Her previous roles include leading the Client Services team at Spark44, where she generated global product content for Jaguar, and a senior account role at Cogent Elliott, where she managed the Jaguar account and brought Dunlop UK to the business.
As our Head of Client Services, Karen adds real value to the evaluation and strategy stages of the brand planning process, managing client relationships and creating solid foundations on which to build the future brand of their business.
