Our website generates a lot of high quality leads. This is proof in itself that our own branding and SEO works, even if we have been beavering away at it for quite a long time.
A few months ago, Newangle from London found us online and contacted us for some support with their brand strategy.
Newangle is a digital agency working in the Museum and Heritage sector. They had been so busy over the past five years delivering dynamic visitor experiences for leading UK and International venues such as the V&A, The British Museum and Angry Birds St Petersburg, that they had let their own brand and marketing slip. Aware of how busy they still were, they wanted some expert support and an independent perspective. That’s where we came in.
What did we do?
We provided them with a light touch version of our strategic brand review process focusing on a series of confidential, in-depth interviews with key customers and a brand strategy workshop. Working together we were quickly able to get to a sharp, succinct and salient articulation of Newangle’s positioning and offer.
By getting them to look at their brand as if it was a client brief, they were able to see more clearly how they could improve their own digital channels to tell a more engaging story.
What was the outcome?
Within days of presenting back the brand strategy and messaging, their MD Beverley Garrett emailed me to say:
“ I just want to say thank you for your very insightful report on Newangle.
We have a way to go to develop and instigate it but I thought you’d like to know that we used it to put together a highly competitive tender earlier in the week and I’ve just heard that we’ve won it.
It really helped us put together a confident and cohesive pitch to our now new client.”
It’s not often we get such a quick result from our efforts so this was really rewarding.
We have loved working with our new friends at Newangle and wish them every success as they take their brand forward.
