We have worked closely with Trimline, the specialist marine interiors business, to establish a different approach to the sector.
Already running a successful business, brothers Gary and Mike Oliver and their management team knew that Trimline’s approach to sales and marketing wasn’t as well co-ordinated or as strategic as it could be.
The team at Rebecca Battman Limited were invited to conduct a Strategic Brand Review. This has resulted in a major facelift for the whole business. Beyond a smart new logo, vehicle liveries, website and literature, there is a real mindset shift within the business.
Trimline is approaching its relationships with key customers with a radical new proposition that is already getting the attention of key decision-makers and resulting in valuable new business wins. The sales function has been expanded, underpinned by effective systems and processes.
We continue to be involved with Trimline and are working on new materials for their Superyacht division as well as a much better way of producing proposals to win multi million pound contracts.
Gary Oliver described working with Rebecca as “a shot in the arm”.
