As we visited regional teams across the UK, the project grew. A series of “Broking done differently in action’ case studies have been created from these interviews
Clients, partners and associates can now use these short films to better understand the value that Lockton adds in many diverse businesses.
When telling these stories we opted to keep it simple: Lockton’s own people are best placed to explain the background. We wanted people to feel they had met these brokers before. This way, they can better understand what it might be like to sit down with them in person to discuss their own insurance and risk management challenges.
