What do you do when a client has three senior Board Members over from the States for a very limited time period that need to be interviewed and photographed? Get organised!
Last week, rbl went down to London for a filming and photo shoot day at our client’s UK Head Office.
A photographer and couple of videographers in tow, Rebecca conducted interviews with 16 employees, including the Chairman and President. Our photographer and videographers had the responsibility of capturing the essence of our client’s company culture and personality.
We needed to be as efficient as possible to ensure we delivered maximum value in our narrow allotted time frame. To help the interview process, we constructed question sets for each interviewee based on their job role so we could get high-quality information during their short interviews. A detailed call sheet, with specific interview and photography timings was a life saver. And we were very strict with ourselves to keep to those timings!
It could have been an overwhelming day. But, with the hours of planning that went on behind the scenes, we managed to tick everything off our list and finish ahead of schedule (!)
You can really achieve a lot with a bit of organisation and forethought.
