£9000 fees are forcing a rethink at Loughborough

£9000pa tuition fees. This changes everything.

With expectations higher than ever, Loughborough Students’ Union (LSU) recognised the need for a step change.

We’ve been helping LSU to redefine their role and remit as a Union, to create a strategic brand platform for the future and to deliver better value to today’s and tomorrow’s students. LSU is the ultimate social entreprise, run by and for its members. Consequently, they wanted their students to be at the heart of the strategic branding process, and challenged their Union Executive (ex students, voted into the Exec by the student body, on 1 year sabbaticals) to help us complete each stage of a Strategic Brand Review.

Facilitating and coaching the team through each stage, we have helped LSU develop a more ambitious strategy, that brings together a highly successful commerical operation with deeply committed student development services, and establish a distinctive brand look and feel. We are currently implementing the new brand across a suite of communications materials and the union building is being transformed as we speak!

The Exec have taken the bull by the horns and gotten truly stuck into the branding process. Bringing to the table a fresh and incredibly student-focused perspective, they have been able to make their own mark on the future of their Union in true ‘Loughborough ’till we die’ style.

We are loving working with this dynamic group and are extremely excited to seeing the brand take shape.
